Clipbucket customization

I have a working Clipbucket site that I would like several changes made to. In order to develop a good working relationship with a programmer I would like one job done first. If it is completed satisfactorily there will be other work. Currently if a user replies to a comment made on their video or profile page, the reply is not linked and they do not get notified. I would like a user to get notified (by email) when a reply is made to one of their comments. The reply would also need to look linked to the original comment. Lastly, the most recent comments should be listed first, rather than last. To summarize 1) Replies are linked to original comment in comments section and on user profile comments. 2) User is emailed when someone replies to a comment on a video or on profile page. 3) Most recent comment is listed at the top of the comments section underneath videos and on user profile comments. Essentially, I would like the commenting system to work in a similar way to youtube. There are already many comments on the website, so this job needs to leave those unaffected. Thank you.
