Create a job board website

Hello. We need a wordpress job board website. Some things that we need to have inside: 1. To be super fast & SEO friendly 2. To have a search engine that will search inside the API of our main job provider and show the jobs to the users 3. Once somebody picks the location he wants (example: London) to show him jobs based on the location, same for somebody picks a keyword (example: Plumper). and same for the combination (plumber and lodon). The API has millions of jobs, so it must have pretty much everything. The API will return around 15 job offers. Show them in a nice way. 4. When somebody clicks inside a job he wants, the website must show him the full job description. The page should be mentioned as /job/jobtitleofthejob-location/ 5. Those jobs should be enriched for [login to view URL] 6. The main page should be focused on the search engine 7. I will give you the logo so you can adjust the whole website based on that (colors, style etc) 8. We would also need 3-4 pages additionally (like contact page, about, policy, terms & conditions). 9. The job pages must also have 2 visible buttons (one at the beggining, next to the title/location etc) that a user would apply - those buttons should first, show up a apply form that the user can add his first name / surname / location / Click a consest button that they accept the terms & conditions (the text should be a link to the internal link that they can read those terms) and once those all are filled (mandatory) the use can click the apply button, and a "confirmation button" that everything was stored should be come up to him. Actually we don't want any data to be stored - just to show the user that the process was completed. The message would be something like "we stored the data, and now we are linking you to the job page where you can apply to the actual job" and then point him to the url that the API has for that actual job offer. 10. Create sitemap & sitemap for each single job offer. 11. The homepage should have a place where easily the user can quickly 1) see biggest 40 locations 2) see 40 most common professions (keywords - like Plumber). 12. Inside the jobs (in our website) right after, there must be a section with 3-4 similar related jobs.
