Create program that links Metatrader to binary options platform

I need a plugin or a program, any software that can link any EA or indicator that is running in the program metatrader4 ([login to view URL]) to the webpages [login to view URL] and www.binaryoptionsdemo.com. The program will have the indicators and EA's trades placed instantly to the binary options account that it is linked to, for instance: if an EA that is running on metatrader gives a buy order, then a call trade will be placed in my binary options broker. The trades need to be placed in a matter of milliseconds, I know that speed will vary depending on my internet connection, and I will take this into account with the lag. The program should be able to place many trades simultaneously without freezing or giving an error, if there are twenty trades being placed all on different assets at the same time, then it should still be able to go through within a second and all the trades should be placed. With no matter if they go one after the other as they as they are placed incredibly quick, this is very imperative.
