Create standings page and fix coding

I am in need for someone to complete a project that was started and not finished. 1.) Complete the Confidence pool set up. a. Need to be able to update after submission (On the form, this is the column at right) – Not completed b. Need to fix how the numbers are crossed off after selection is made at bottom of form. Right now, it does not display the numbers until after submission. It should show all the numbers and as you make a selection it should put a strike through on the number. – Unable to complete c. If user has not signed up for pool, don’t allow them to make selections (this is how it is with other pools on same page) - completed d. Need to create a standings page based on week to week score and total for season – Not completed e. should not be able to change selection once the game is locked. (start time of game has passed, this is a general function of the program) – completed 2.) Fix issue when submission is made with no tiebreaker score is entered so that it does not clear all selections - This should be VERY easy for experienced. a. Rather than submit with error placed at top of page, would rather have a pop up box stating that the tiebreaker is needed and allow the user to close pop up, enter tiebreaker score, and then submit – Not completed This is not a major project and should not have bids that are too high. Option 2 is probably 10 minutes for the experienced PHP programmer. Option 1 would probably take a couple hours to complete as the code is basically there, just needs to be tweaked. I think the coding for the standings page that you will create can be taken from one of the other standings page and modified. 　 PLEASE REVIEW THE SITE AND FORM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR.
