Hi there, I have checked the Youtube video and honestly speaking, this is a very robust tool, which cannot be developed in CAD 3,000, because there is lot of scripting involved. I have understood the overall scope of website project, as you have already given video link. I can also give you our team high level understanding paragraph to make sure that we are both on the same page in terms of requirements understanding but my main concern is that our team estimate coming higher than CAD 3,000, so not sure if you can be flexible in it. No doubt, there are many bids within this budget range, as every bidder want to get this project, because on Freelancer website, whatever budget you will select to post the project, mostly people will bid within that budget range, no matter what actual working hours or cost it takes to develop.
