As a young company, we offer telemetry application services to clients in the fleet management space and are now looking to extend our services to basic fuel purchasing and monitoring for clients to prevent thefts and mismanagement. I am looking for a modern developer or company that can develop a bespoke FVMS application. To deliver a manageable fuel purchasing credit management system in line with existing clientele market fuel purchase and accountability using fuel vouchers. The system will only be accessible by user login. The home page will be added to our existing domain and website and application will be linked to sub-domain for access on any url. In line with modern use, Apps are to developed alongside to extend usage of system on mobile phones and tablets. An alternative approach will be considered to keep within initial budget. This must serve as a cloud based application/apps. We are also intending to integrate with our fleet management system based on further discussions. At this point, it is out of scope to add a payment processing feature. Payments and contract agreements are not processed here though some data can be inserted against customer records referring to contract information
