Data Scraping and automated entry into SalesForce

We are working on launching a pay-as-you-go solar product in Zambia. Customers will be required to pay for the product via mobile money (through providers such as: Airtel Zambia, MTN Zambia). We are looking for a developer who can help us with the integration between the mobile payments operator, and our CRM - Salesforce. The integration should automatically capture/scrape data from the mobile payment operators user interface, and process each payment so that it automatically records the payment into Salesforce against a specific customer using the products serial number as the unique identification. Salesforce will then communicate with a token generation server to issue a token/code that is will be automatically SMS'd to the client, the client will type the token/code in to the solar device to unlock the solar product. (this area of the project will not be part of this assignment) The assignment will also require building a user interface that will allow one of our support staff to monitor the payment that are automatically being recorded, and will be able to view and attend to any payments that have errors/typos and could not be automatically processed by the system.
