NO EMAILS Migrated Woo Commerce to Shopify & email not being received across domain I have just had my store migrated and set up to run in shopify from woo commerce. I have been unable to login to email account via webmail and when I do via outlook I only receive system message from Microsoft and Word press. (Old site was word press) There is some conflict now I can’t send emails from the site and have received at email address or send email from any address and have it received. I can’t even login with correct user name and password webmail but can outlook only not receive message. Confused help So need to fix emails and this is happening across the entire domain not just one email

Hello, Respected Client, You must have changed Nameservers when you have migrated from woocommerce to shopify. It's related to DNS records as mail server is pointing to shopify or it's not defined at all. That's why aren't able to send and receive emails. My task is to resolve email receiving and sending issue. I can't help you with email migration as you may have many email accounts associated with the domain so it will be a lengthy job. If you still have woocommerce hosting then I can help you to point current email server to woocommerce email hosting server and that's how your emails can start working again. Hey, I'm Adam, I'm trying to build a rep on freelancer so I'll 'fix' this for you for almost nothing.. You just need to contact your web host and tell them your emails are not working correctly. I'm almost certain it will be because the A records and / or CNAME records are set wrong since the move. It's an easy(ish) fix if you know what you're doing. Your web host should help you for free!
