General description --------------------------- Page is intended to associate two parties: Requester who posts his need for certain service/product and Supplier who can search through requests and deliver requested service/product. Requests from various requesters are visible to those suppliers who meet certain criteria. Suppliers can bid with their offers against requests. Requester then selects the one he likes most, which makes the deal set for delivery. Details ---------------------------- The portal design consists of around 15 pages that require some level of programming, e.g. they are User Registration pages, Selection of tickboxes for categorizing the product, pages with interactive tables with available product requests etc... On top of that there will be several pages which are more static and only with some content read from database table (like e.g. display of user profile) or with almost only static content like e.g. Terms&conditions page, or Contacts page etc.... Other features ----------------------------- - User registration should be also possible with social media account (e.g. Log in with Facebook) - Data transfer should go via secured link (https) - Various actions result in automatic email sending mechanism - There will be a link to external provider of payments (credit cards, Paypal etc...) - Page has user location detection feature - Page has to scale and function properly on mobile devices - Functionalities needs to be implemented with popular technologies to ensure wide accessibility and facilitate potential support by other parties Other info ----------------------------- Experience with online industry (beyond only programming) will be advantageous Ability to later translate the page functionality into an App will be also advantageous We expect partnership where we can also get some advice on other solutions supporting the portal e.g. when selecting suppliers of datacenter etc... We are open to various types of cooperation, from one time payment up to gain share partnership If cooperation is smooth we are open to continuing it with other future projects
