We are looking for a skilled team of programmers and designers to create an app for iOS + Android as well as the website with database that will be the "source" of data for the apps.
Website:
The website hosts a database of restaurants/fast food places that can be fully edited by the site owners. All places must be categorized by type (pizza, pasta, asian, etc..), feature the full address, phone number, opening hours and images.
On the main page, there must be one place featured as "place" of the week. Below it 3 more places, less big, "recommended by staff".
Our customers must be able to BUY this list for a special "option" that will involve the mobile Apps. So users will have to create a secure login/profile with their name, address, phone number, e-mail address. There must be a buy/payment function that will generate a unique code, sent by e-mail or "hardcopy" as a present for someone else.
Once this code is entered/activated in a user's account, it will activate a special function on the mobile app.
Backend:
On the backend, we must be able to generate new "lists" of places/restaurants that are regions: region 1, region 2, region 3, and so on... also bundle regions (region 1 + 3 for example).
The website must be READY for 4 languages. Although it will launch on one language ONLY.
Apps:
The apps are "easy". They are free apps to download from the App store or google store. A user must enter his username and password like on the website. This will allow him to have access to the data/options of his account.
The data is the list of restaurants he paid for (region 1, or region 2, or region 1 +3, etc..).
Now the interesting part. These restaurants are part of a special "voucher" project. The customer can go to each of the restaurants and when it's time to pay, he opens the app, goes into the specific restaurant he is in and press the "voucher" button. At this point, the restaurant info is shown and two blanc spaces at the bottom. Each space is a one time discount for the restaurant. It is validated by restaurant staff by just touching the blanc space, and by confirming. This operation can NEVER be undone. Is one time only. When both spaces are not blanc anymore (full), the restaurant disappears from the list.
Also, the app must be able to bring the customers to the restaurant via GPS. With a "bring me there" button, that opens google maps app or Plans app and enters the correct address to guide you to the restaurant's door.
Last but not least, we need to be able to push messages through the app for "special" deals of a restaurant. This must be limited to either:
a.) limited number of push messages
b.) area 1, 2, 5 or X kilometers AROUND the restaurant, so not to ALL app users, only relevant to their localisation
c.) everyone.
All the big things are mentioned in here, small details are not, but they are just details. In 2 months the website + at least the iOS app must be ready to roll out.

As per project scope, yes within 2 months website+ios application can be done but if you want to have android application too then 3 and half is required to complete the total project.
We completely understood concept of project where end user can by the list of restaurant through website which will be loaded on the application which is nothing but voucher system, where click on voucher two blanks are available when staff members press those, that restaurant would be removed from the customer list.
