Learndash with Userpro Member directory page, Need Customization, build or repair the script for a summary certificates functionality

I have a site using Learndash for online courses integrated with Userpro for registrations and redirections. On the userpro's Member directory, we have a script that has recently stopped working that displays the user's summary certificates. The current script is not pulling certificates data and keeps saying "User has not completed courses". Need Customization of this script either by building a new one or repairing the broke script for a summary certificates. Admin should be able to see other users summary and reprint the certificates summary for the user if needed. Students should be able to print a summary of their certificates from their profile (Account) page. The script should pull the course name, the earned course credits, and the date of their completion which is already on our learndash certificates template.
