Want to make an offline LAN based software for my Spectacle shop. The doctors will enter a prescription for the spectacle for the patient. That will reflect at my shop. I can preview the prescription and print it (A4/2 paper). The software will be installed as server client mode. Admin user will create users and specify their rights (like preview, print, edit etc). Prefered language php, mysql. Software along with installtion details needed. The sample prescription is enclosed. Along with patient name, age and sex will be added. There will be search and preview details option for patients entered. Time required - max 5 to 6 days. Indian developers preferred.
