Need a customer chat application made with AD Authentication.

Hello, Looking to have a website chat application built so when a visitor connects to our website we can engage and live chat with them. Here's how we want it to work.... Staff should be able to login to the back-end using Microsoft Active Directory authentication so they can login with their credentials they already use with our company. We'd like a statistics dashboard similar to [login to view URL] or close with the additional options to: 1. Ban visitors if needed (For protection reasons) 2. Log all chats (Ability to add notes the the chat conversation as an internal thing) 3. Transfer chat to another technician or allow multiples on the same chat for collaboration if needed 4. A supervisor view that allows to see what technicians are set to "Available" or "Unavailable" (So we also need an availability toggle) The domain controller server we use is Windows server 2008. And our website is hosted via Cpanel with a different server but the CMS is Joomla so we would need to add like a module in to make this work. The app needs to be self hosted on to our Windows Domain controller server so employees can Authenticate with it.
