I'm looking for individuals (preferably but will work with companies under the right circumstances) to help assist my company in programming PHP based projects. - No design work required, I have a graphic designer - Must be able to work with WordPress - Must have the ability to create a pixel perfect child theme out of a custom design, as we don't use templates. - Must have the ability to custom program and have experience with Object Oriented Programming; very little of the work we do is plugin based 0 - Must be willing to work on a milestone based payment system. I will generally break up a project in 8-15 milestones and pay out at each one. - Must use Skype and be available on skype - Must have flexible pricing. - Must be willing to work Saturdays. I'm not saying every saturday. . But if I give you a 2 thousand dollar project and it's one day away from being complete and the client is up at midnight trying to help out on a friday night, you better be too. - Must provide daily updates Things that are not 100% mandatory but will push you towards the top of the list - Magento experience - willingness to work on adult sites - Laravel Programming experience (if by chance, you happen to have laravel programming experience AND a willingness to work on adult sites, you're pretty much hired lol. I need you yesterday) - Hybrid app programming experience - vBulliten experience (again, if you happen to have experience with vbulliten AND you have a willingness to work on adult sites, I'll pretty much hire you on the spot) Budget is based on the amount of money I expect to send per programmer per month.
