OpenCart 3.0.2.0 new site set up and migration from Opencart 2.2

Searching for skilled and experienced feelancer only in OpenCart, who truly knows what he is doing..and can complete that move for us. Need to built/migrate a new Opencart 3.0.2.0 site, new template, new server. 1. Migrate products, images, product URL links, - from old site Opencart 2.2 2. Migrate Customers, Orders, Coupons from old site Opencart 2.2 4. Copy email set up, SSL to a new site from old site Opencart 2.2 5. Add SEO extension, UKSB extension (for google merchant feeds), add one language and few currencies. 6. Secure the site - so it changes from http to https and www and NONE www - so it works both ways. We have a fake domain to built a new site OpenCart 3.0.2 to move stuff over and then once done point the correct domain to our site. The reason we doing this is current site is old, had over 25,000 - 404 pages and other stuff in it. Does not index well it needs to be cleaned and set as a new site. Too many upgrades, too many folders. - We can either set up a new server with the same host for "fake domain" to move stuff over - Or we can use the current domain and do it with sub-domain - then switch databases. We already tied that option and it did not worked. After migration all 25,000 - 404 links returned. Not sure if the developer did not set up that correctly but it just did not worked. Clean the public_html, new database but issue still is there - We do not want to change them in htacess to route them to some page....NO WE WANT A NEW SITE - WITH THE SAME INFO ON IT - SINCE IT HAS BEEN UPGRADED TOO MANY TIMES. Searching for someone experienced, since we need that done ASAP.
