You need to do it via Seperate page or code and when executing the page it will work. So i need to do it via a CUSTOM plugin in Admin where i can add this code inside that plugin and execute it. So that page will have a Price percentage and country selection and based on it the Orig price is changed to percentage cut you need in the backend instantly and those percentage you add for 3 country will be stored in seperate table unless you change it later.
