Reviews website with APIs in CodeIgniter

Hi I am looking for a developer on long term basis for many projects. I am going to initiate one at the moment 1. This is going to be a review based website. and mobile app ( separate project ) you would create and support for APIs development. This is not any special or new type of work or difficult job. its like a directory based example phone book or listing website of companies and products . another example like google play market or apple apps or microsoft store where list of apps from users and reviews by people. 2. Admin Panel ( CMS ) plus With complete admin panel where I would also view complete stats for reporting purpose and future planning 3. Ads management as I will be earning only from ads so you need to work around how this is going to be I am open for solution / suggestion. Note: I myself software engineer but now a days I am not able to develop due to consultancy and marketing and business development work so I need a person or more to make a team for long term projects and products. Technically PHP Core expertise Database development security and performance CodeIgniter framework OOPs development APIs development Front end development jSON expert SQL queries performance and time execution is must. I will take a basic test before going to award any developer. I have my own dedicated server so you won't have any trouble for development. only experts, new comers please don't waste time. What I will supply ? PSDs for design You can also give inputs / suggestion like a team / partner. What you will deliver? complete working files QA error free website go live bug support additional work I will pay extra any issue in existing you will solve it without cost. Project budget we can talk but its not high budget. any more guidance and on going basis suggestion and improvements on performance rest if your job. This is going to be long term not short term and should be open for discussion and vision not just take job, kill and move on.
