tracking android app we need some help

i have a project on android and php we need sombody to help us finish the [login to view URL] project consists of the following tasks. you must evaluated debug the java source code that we will give to you for the android aplication. you must rebuild the php web site that does the folowing things user that uses the android application must be able to log in to the web site using his google credentials. user must be able to see his tracks that are stored in the databace, the speed that he has, we use google maps for this. also to be abe to have a geofence. user will be able to make groups of peple that they have the aplication. each user when he log in they must see the in coming out going calls, sms messages that are stored in the database. all users must see there details and change them. basicaly it is a tracking aplication. the application must run on the android of each user unti a specific time. also in the data base there is a spesifc time (interval) that each adroid sends the data eg every minute or every 2minutes we also need a word press web site to present it. i requre all source code and i must export the apk my self using android studio on my machine. if you have something ready similar to this we can disuss it waiting for your bid
