WP "Upload to external server" functionality And Simple(?) Script on the External Server

User uploads an image to be sent to a Win machine for processing. * Seamless feedback on Wordpress site (user doesn't need to refresh the page to see the result * Simple Queue system * the user can see his/hers 4 latest processed images * 4 recently Processed images (per user) is stored on the wordpress site/database A user goes into one of our products, finds an upload area ("Process/Preview your image here"). User uploads image. Text says ("Processing... this could take up to 5 minutes, Stay or come back later"). After a while the image pops up on the wordpress screen. See attached/included PDF for ALL detailed instructions. The programmer needs to be able to develop a plugin or some kind of function locally at his/hers place. The server/processing software doesn't exist yet. But will basically run with a simple Commandline like ("[login to view URL] -flags [login to view URL]") and after a while [login to view URL] comes out in the same folder. (you DON'T need to code the [login to view URL]) I'm not sure but i think Python might be alble to resize .jpg images. I'm not a programmer so maybe the diagram looks crazy but this is me guessing how it could be done. Maybe there's a better way to structure it. YOU DON'T NEED TO CODE THE "PROCESSING SOFTWARE ([login to view URL])" In short: I need a plugin or some kind of function that can send images that a user uploads from wordpress to a external server. I need a script on that external server that can copy a file, rename it, do a "search&replace"-text in it and execute a commandline argument that includes the image that the user uploads, and I need the script to wait until it outputs an png-image, then convert the png file to jpg then sends the image back so that the user can see it.
