I would like a secure, practical, web-based solution that helps family carers connect with each other in order to co-ordinate care for their elderly relative (who probably lives on their own) • It needs to have a Private communication system for family, friends and helpers about the older person. (like whats app group to help care for an older person. But in a mobile enabled page. Needs to have an easy interface. • It should have ability to Schedule appointments and events on a shared calendar. E.g Im taking mum for lunch on Sunday, etc.) • Ability for family & friends to upload tasks that need done and for members to tick a box to say that volunteer to do that task. (For example – Mum needs to go for a hospital appointment at glasgow general hospital at 10:30 on Thursday 11th of May. And then other members of family can see this and someone can tick a box to say they will do this. Other examples – mum needs someone to take her to hairdressers, Mum needs medication picked up, Mums garden needs cleaned, etc, • System should have ability to send sms reminders a day before the task (example - Reminder: you are taking [login to view URL] to hospital tomorrow at 10:30 am.
