Can easily create a Powershell script / application with .NET GUI if needed I have tons of experience as I manage several hundred similar groups in our Active Directory.. matching on several different attributes including manager all the way up to C* level. Can write code for either on-prem Exchange or Office 365.. can write to Outlook or Distribution List need more info to provide a better estimate
