Unused/Inactive IAM users for last 30 days thru boto3

Write Lambda function to generate inventory (.csv) of inactive IAM users for 30 days and send that inventory to user. fetch the inactive IAM users from last 30 days on the basis of access key an last activity and send the inventory to account owner ? "last login of user and access key last used" Csv should have filed " IAM username, last login time, last access key used time, accountid, account alias"
