We need to have 15 3D models created for the following types of rooms: 1. Classroom 2. Auditorium 3. Gym/Hall/Performing Arts 4. Hospital Corridor 5. Retail Shops 6. Cafe 7. Office - Conference Room 8. Office - Breakout areas 9. Office - Training Rooms 10. Casino - Gaming Rooms 11. Theatre 12. Childcare facilities 13. Universities / Education 14. Shopping Centre 15. Train Stations General Requirements: 1) Rooms designs and layout are subjective to the designer. 2) Rooms must be "Bright and airy" (meaning, no dark "gaming" type of rooms). 3) The 3D models must be in Blender format, but 3D studio max is also acceptable. 4) The 3D models must have Texture, materials, and lighting as separate files (i.e: they must not be "burned" into the 3D model). 5) We must own all IP regarding the 3D models. 6) The 3D designer can use from his existing library of models if he has them, as long as we get to have complete IP ownership of the 3D models (i.e: no need to create from scratch if not necessary). Due date for this project is Friday 12th of January. Budget for project is AU$980.00
