As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, both B2B and B2C. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across various sectors. Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Identify and qualify potential customers, both businesses and individual consumers, who are in need of website development services. Conduct thorough needs analysis and understand the unique requirements of each prospect. Present and demonstrate our website development solutions to prospects, showcasing the benefits and value proposition. Your role will involve effectively communicating the value proposition of our services and directing interested clients to the appropriate channels for further negotiation and discussions, ultimately facilitating the closing of deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials to attract new clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in selling services or solutions. Experience in both B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the technology or digital services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a knack for closing deals. Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and managing pipelines. Prior experience in selling website development services or related digital solutions is a plus.
