B2B Sales Leads NO SEO

I am in search of an individual or a group help to me locate Business-2-Business sales leads for my startup Business Consulting Firm. We are a full service Professional Business Consulting Firm that specializes in Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations. Our focus is centered on startup businesses, small, medium to large size companies, private and public sector. We are relying on you to contact potential clients who have either just filed for a DBA or people who have been in business for 1-2 years and/or companies who have reported a struggle to keep the doors open. You must be a fluent ENGLISH speaker and in your sales approach, you must drive the traffic to our website and they must either call or submit a form from our website for a FREE initial consultation. At that point one of my Senior Account Executives will be assigned to the client and will close the deal. We are looking to attract business in Texas, preferably AUSTIN TEXAS! I am willing to pay a flat fee of $75 - $100 (can be monthly if you are the right fit) and .60 for every verifiable business that who signs up for a free initial consultation and .40 for every verifiable business who calls to inquire about our product and services (whether we contract them or not. This job will start on 02/01/2001!
