We are a newly established German company expanding our presence in the US and are seeking a Sales Representative for on-site work to promote our specialized hail claim management service. We are looking for a motivated and experienced salesperson to join our team for 1-3 months in Dallas or Denver. Our objective is for the freelancer to receive a commission of 10% on their sales, thereby generating an approximate monthly income of $24,000. It's important to note that this is not an online work opportunity but this position requires on-site presence, primarily in Texas, but also in areas affected by recent hail storms. Project Skills: • Good sales skills, preferably with experience in the automotive industry. • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with clients and secure sales. • Flexibility and openness as a company startup. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in using in-house software and tools for sales tracking and reporting. Project Scope: Location: Dallas/Denver/Oklahoma City region. Time: July-September (Hail season). Setup: PDR-Team rents a commercial real estate in a retail shopping center in an area affected by recent hail events. Goal: We offer customers in the shopping center a free repair estimation through our innovative objective hail scanner with the aim of convincing them to repair their cars at our location. Project Tasks: • Advertise our objective hail scanner and repair service to private clients in a shopping mall setting. • Conduct scans by driving vehicles through our hail scanner.   Project Budget Around $400 for each hail repair assignment successfully secured* ($24.000 monthly - with 3 cars per day) * The price depends on the amount of hail damage. An average value was used in the calculation. Additionally, we can provide independent digitization of cars using our scanner technology. If desired, we can also manage the entire repair process, ensuring the efficient distribution of rental vehicles and monitoring the progress until the timely return of cars to clients. Regarding B2B sales, we suggest utilizing various sources to identify recent hail events and create potential customer routes. Our salesperson would then visit dealerships and body shops in affected areas, offering your hail technician services. Compelling offers for car fleet services, including estimating the number of cars requiring repairs, would be prepared and presented by our salesperson. Lastly, the repair process would be monitored by visiting the locations on a weekly basis. In terms of the project budget, we estimate that for B2C sales, each successfully secured hail repair assignment would cost approximately $400 ($24,000 monthly with 3 cars per day).
