Based on our expertise and analysis, we have identified the best architecture and technology to use for this project. Our recommendation would be to leverage our in-house software and tools for sales tracking and reporting. We can provide the necessary training and support to ensure its effective utilization.
The project scope consists of two main components: B2C sales and B2B sales. For B2C sales, we propose advertising your repair services to private clients in a mall setting. Additionally, we can provide independent digitization of cars using our scanner technology. If desired, we can also manage the entire repair process, ensuring the efficient distribution of rental vehicles and monitoring the progress until the timely return of cars to clients.
Regarding B2B sales, we suggest utilizing various sources to identify recent hail events and create potential customer routes. Our salesperson would then visit dealerships and body shops in affected areas, offering your hail technician services. Compelling offers for car fleet services, including estimating the number of cars requiring repairs, would be prepared and presented by our salesperson. Lastly, the repair process would be monitored by visiting the locations on a weekly basis.
