Job Brief AW Conglomerate is seeking a Sales Representative VA who’s outgoing and personable with strong persuasive skills to help our brands increase sales. You’ll work closely with executives, managers, and other team members to implement initiatives to persuade prospects to purchase our products and to increase our bottom line. Role Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the product and its benefits. Collaborate with other departments and team members to highlight how the product's benefits solve customer problems and increase sales. Increase customer subscription numbers. Assist in the development of sales scripts to effectively address customer objections. Innovate and create new methods and strategies to sell both existing and new products. Formulate sales strategies to consistently achieve monthly sales goals. Contribute to the company's profitability through effective sales techniques. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers. Attend weekly impact meetings and provide management with valuable insights on sales figures, goals, and obstacles. Participate in grant writing efforts. Undertake ad hoc and miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed. Requirements Proven work experience as a Sales Representative Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field Two or more years of experience in sales Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships Excellent knowledge of MS Office Preferred Skills Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated Persistent and resilient Willingness to meet or exceed sales goals Friendly and personable
