self-employed food sales agent

Our company sells Premium Greek food products in UK market. We are looking for a self-employed sales agent with minimum experience 1-3 years in food market. The candidate must have great skill in face to face contact. We are interested for selling in foodservice sector (hotels, restaurants) and in retail sector (deli shops, independent supermarkets, convenience stores). Variety of products : all with certifications, especially BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP Kind of products : olive oil, many kind of olives, jams, spreads, feta cheese, herbs, black currants and many other certified products. Payment : under negogiation. It could be commission only or retainer fee/commission or monthly payment or retainer fee/standard amount per client.
