Good Evening Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tender my services for your project. I have a wide range of abilities including sales both directly and through Amazon and Ebay for which I have been a customer on both for over 12 years now. I also use other E-commerce sites to sell items (Craigslist, E-Bid and CQ Out) and I currently have several happy customers I supply this service for. I have strong communication and organisational skills and over six years in customer services. I try to assist and deal with customers to the best of my ability and find that even in cases where things don’t go to plan keeping them updated avoids surprises and minimises conflict. I use emails, Skype and mobile phone to keep both my employers and customers updated accordingly. In all my business dealings I encourage and openly demonstrate honesty and integrity. I currently am available immediately to commence on your project should this be required. I currently work with a team of resellers selling products across the world.
