Hello This job is for a Mediterranean Restaurant In Houston Texas USA Job Description: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive business objectives for our restaurant. - Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & Pinterest, showcasing our delicious menu items, specials, promotions. - Manage all social media channels, ensuring brand consistency, timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries, and fostering positive interactions with our online community. - Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and reservations/bookings for our restaurant. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends in the restaurant industry, including food photography techniques, viral food challenges, and popular hashtags, to maximize our online presence. - Analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and reservations generated, to track the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization. - Collaborate with the marketing and culinary teams to align social media efforts with menu launches, events, and promotional activities. - Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing customer concerns and ensuring exceptional customer service on social media platforms. - Capture and share compelling visual content, including high-quality food photography and short videos, to showcase the dining experience at our restaurant. ( Restaurant Manager will forward ) - Keep abreast of local food events, community partnerships, and online food delivery platforms to identify collaborative opportunities and expand our reach. - Manage social media crisis situations effectively, including addressing negative reviews or comments, and handling customer complaints professionally and empathetically. - Assist with personal tasks and administrative duties as a personal general assistant to the restaurant owner. Requirements: - Proven work experience as a social media manager and personal assistant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. - Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,Pinterest , and any relevant food-specific platforms. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling and creating engaging captions. - Creative thinking and ability to capture appetizing food photography and create visually appealing content. - Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and provide data-driven recommendations. - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle personal and administrative tasks efficiently. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. - Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of photo/video editing tools are a plus. - Any additional skills will be a huge plus so please list your skills. - Extreme discipline is required to establish great communication What to expect after 8 month being with us if you reached the level of performance required - A pay raise for sue - A bonus for reaching the milestone - Grants towards your college of University, if not yourself than iit passes on to a family member. - 1 week of annual paid vacation. Note: We are looking for a long term candidate not interested in short term jobs. We do not hire people we cannot see and meet on weekly basis, this job also will require a weekly zoom meeting with one of our managers. Commitment is a must.
