Hi, I will create a script to do encryption using a client-side master key so neither the key nor the unencrypted files will be seen by Amazon. (Obviously the unencrypted files that were uploaded before this process may be retained by Amazon even after deletion) I will use AES 256 bit encryption unless you want a different method (I am open to suggestions). There will be a separate file in a list format which lists the bucket names to be processed. The script will take this filename as parameter The script will also verify if the process is done correctly and with no errors. This will be done by decrypting and comparing the original file with the decrypted file. I will also add an extra script that will encrypt local files and push them to an S3 bucket defined by the user. With this the unencrypted version of the new files will never be seen by Amazon. I will write a short readme file about how to use the scripts and what they do so that any potential future user can read it. Note that client side encrypted files cannot be recovered in case the client loses the master key. The encryption process cannot be hacked in any way with current technologies. If that is a potential risk, we may use AWS KMS–Managed Customer Master Key. In this case the master key will be stored on Amazon. In case of Amazon CLI tools updates, I would also give update service for hourly fee of 60 USD. Any errors/issues that are not the result of updates from Amazon will be fixed for free. Best
