Build+Code Program to export .txt .csv .json etc. files in specific format.

Hello, I am looking for an experienced software developer to create a program that will take user information such as: First Name, Last Name, Address, Zip Code, City, State, etc. and export it to various different types of .txt, .csv, .json, etc. files. These files would have pre-established templates. The program would have to be integrated into a usable User Interface that I've already almost fully designed myself. The program would also need to work off of an activation key that would be sent out upon purchase of the program by customers (Would need software/database included to create and manage activation keys at my own pleasing). This developer would receive initial compensation for creating the program and making sure that all other requirements for it are met. Then, if we are exceedingly satisfied with the program and how it works, we would offer a small royalty (as the program won't be sold for much) for every sale we make to the developer, collected as a payout once a month for the portion of the sales of that month if requested. The entirety of the program is the following: Customer downloads program and activates program with an activation key. The main page of the program would be a "New Profile Creation" page where the customer would input information such as: First Name, Last Name, Address, Zip Code, City, State. They then would click Save. The profile saves on a Profiles List Page. They can save multiple profiles. They then select profiles on the list page and go to the output tab, select a templated export format, and export the file to .txt, .csv, .json, etc. They can optionally go to the options tab and deactivate the license once they're finish so that they can activate it on another computer. Hopefully that description helps. I can re-iterate and show the rough edit of the UI to help explain in chat. The program is simply a template .txt, .csv, .json export program. Nothing more.
