Hyperledger Fabric based money transfer and mobile banking API/microservice

money transfer platform based on Hyperledger Fabric blockchain technology. We will provide you a baseline (this will require code alteration with new features implementation to fit our needs) from where to start and we are planning to perform money transfer to/from phone numbers, email address, legacy bank account(routing number), to/from debit cards, intra-account/bucket transfer, and QR code based automatic user recognition and money transfer enablement/mobile banking
