I want to make a dashboard for the performance of IT service desk staff. Data is being inserted through a form of import data which will be uploaded into SQL database. The dashboard will show a graph of the staff based on number of cases that being reported everyday, status of the cases, number of cases that already being closed by each staff. Current I already make the form to import the data from excel into the database by using asp.net through microsoft visual studio and using c# as the programming language. But i have a problem with the import button which the data cannot being imported after i click the button. This dashboard also needed user to insert data manually into the database and it will be automatically update the dashboard as to the latest of data that being inserted into the database. I also want the dashboard to be in the form of web based. The dashboard can be viewed as daily, weekly or monthly basis.
