Hi, I'd like a very simple Windows compatiable program that allows the user to fill out a form (containing some somewhat arbitrary text of a few fields) then on submission, send this to an API via a HTTP POST request, and report back a success or fail. If the user is offline, it should be labelled as "Ready" and a button should allow the user to send all of the submissions to the server as soon as they are online. All submissions should be continued to be stored in the app. The API will return a reference number - this should be added to the submission in it's completed state. The app should allow the user to choose a "type" of submission. Each type will provide a different set of questions to be sent in the API payload. Hello mate, I have an over 5 year experience in Microsoft technologies and developed multiple application both web and desktop. Recently I developed a similar Hybrid APP for mobile. In which once the users are offline they can save data in mobile device and as soon as they become online they can sync the data. Also in one of my desktop application I did replication data on the server at the end of the day. I also read your counter project description, Why only Iphone app my offer is hybrid APP which can work on all platform.
