I just purchased this laser cutter/engraver eBay. [login to view URL] I am unable to get the software working on it. It comes with a usb plugin with a security code which I can't access and cd with software. The software on the cd has CorelDRAW Graphics Suite 12 and Coral Laser. I can't get either installed. I need someone to remote desktop my computer and properly install the software and help to cut my first piece of acrylic in the laser printer. Thank you.
