I need a program to alter mssql stored procedure every time its changed

Hey, lets prevent the procedure from being changed in the first place only. To do that i need to find out who is changing the store procedure and why?. If we do not have any control over the action which is changing the store procedure then we can another way. I would like to have a discussion on chat to get more about your project. Hi, I can get an application done quickly which will detect change on sp, if change is identified the application will restore to the original code. However we should identify who is changing the sp and prevent it(may be remove the permission for that user?)... that should be an better solution
