Hi You can not assign public IP directly on server instance network interface. The public IP is assigned on the network layer and natted to servers private IP. The Public IP is reachable and I can access your IIS website using the public IP. All you need is to just update your public DNS record with this public IP. However, public IP can change in case your instance goes down and n that you will have to update your public DNS record which can take up to 24 hours to propagate over the internet. To solve this issue you need to use Elastic IP. I can assist in implementing the same.

Hi There, I would like to inform you that if you use public IP it will be not good decision, cause public get change everytime when you restart your instance, I would like to suggest to use elastic ip for mapping to server.
