Search and organize data types for streetlight luminaries

This project is to collect and gather properties about different streetlight luminaries (only outdoor luminaries). The main objective is define properties/attributes so we can make a database suitable for holding luminaries. So the task requires somebody that are familiar with streetlight luminaries and have good capability to search technical data and organize them. So you can think that this should be used to create an asset register for a city having many different type luminaries. It is OK to have many attributes since they will be optional since all luminaries do not provide the same data. So the freelancer must search the web to find datasheet for many diffferent luminaries and try to find a set of attributes required to define a luminary. The data types should be grouped so it is easier to get an overview. The below is an example of grouping. Product Data - Product Name - Product Family - Product Part number - Maybe there ara also fields like o Product Family Code o Order Code o Maybe also material number such as 12NC General Info - Colour - Size - Weight - Protection class - And more Light Source Manufacturer Driver/Ballast This is a component inside the luminary. We need set of attributes for this one as well. Product Name Xitanium 75W 0.70A Prog+ GL-Z sXt Part Number 871829124515500 Etc etc So I want data types so we can create a database, as well as at least 20 records of different luminaries that you have filled in data. Of course there will be empty data field since not all luminaries may have all the data fields.
