TELEMARKETERS NEEDED

Hi, We are an Outbound Sales team hear at Pune(India) Team of 10 proffesional people who do sales for a US based Coampny. We can make 250 calls per day per seat. We can do 1 sale per week per seat as a Min We are looking for a set fixed payout on a Daily basis on the project we do. We are based in India Though we have mentioned 1 sale per week per seat but we will strive for more as we our confident on our skills. If given an oppurtunity we would proove ourselves. We also want to know what is the cost of each web design that the company is looking to sell.

How many calls a day you can make? Many as I can, more than 30, that depends on the number of hours you want me to work. How many sales you predict you can make? I am an incredibly proactive and enthusiastic person, it's hard to give you a number because I need a little of practice and know the product better, but I think we should have an average or goal, for instance every 5 calls at least one sale, all depends on how the market behaves over my experience calling. Do you get payed commission or a set price and how much? I would like to work under the terms or conditions you choose, I would not mind having a base salary + commission, commission only or just have a basic salary, I think it would matter of reaching an agreement respecting the way of how do you want to handle your company.
