Isometric Animation of Residential Renovation showing Before and After

I would like a 3D Isometric Animation of a renovation to a residential building. The building is being converted from a single family home to four independent units. The animation should be an exploded isometric, showing the different levels and roof. The Animation should show: 1. The existing home, including the whole site. (this is the existing property, including the floor plan - https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-wa-south+fremantle-121616330) 2. How the building will be transformed through the alterations to the existing ground floor and addition to the first floor. (refer to the floor plan attached called 'attfield _ PROPSED'; I can provide CAD file if required) 3. A focus/ zoom in on each of the new four units (three on ground floor, one on the first floor). The style is not required to be realistic. I would prefer something more artistic - so no materials required, but show shadows and people. The attached images (jpg files, called 'isometric') shows the style I am after - please review them carefully, and please do not bid if you don't think you can deliver this style. I hope this will be enough to bid, but let me know if you have any questions. It would be preferable if you have some similar projects to show.
