Hi! My name is Jesús and I am a spanish architecture student (5th year). I study at the ETSAM-UPM in Madrid. There I learn know how to do arquitectural designs with Revit, Rhinoceros, Sketchup and AutoCAD (expert level) and Render with v-ray. I've been modeling buildings for about 5 years know, mostly for the LEED rating system. I also did work on energy optimization and economic optimization of buildings. The time it takes to model a 5000sf building with 2 zones depends mostly on the installed HVAC system. If you model a idealized HVAC system, it takes about 5 hours for a finished model. It gets more, if the geometry is complex or if a lot of different materials are used.

Depending on the level of detail needed for the building model, i can get 5000 m^2 sketchup model done in less than a week, with autocad plans and a revit substitute to accurately calculate energy use, heat loss and gain, and any other specifications you require.
