Dear all, Here is the link to files for you to examine and provide the quote for low poly modelling. [login to view URL]!122&authkey=!AMwQ_5IjrHkIhRg&ithint=file%2crar Final result of the model does not need interior elements, such as walls, doors, furniture etc. Every floor (looking from outside, exterior walls needs to be divided at this level as well) needs to be separated at the finished floor level. There isn't any textures apart from floor plans displayed at correspondent floor level which is provided in as a JPG texture. The entire scene needs to be done with standard materials and standard Scanline render system (no Vray, Corona, Mental ray etc). Also the scene, with aligned blueprints displayed in separate layers, is already set-up in 3ds Studio Max 2014 format where you can easily see how the building looks like. File folder should provide you with enough information and as you will see it is not complex project, and I am looking for someone who can help us with this type of work in longer term as well. On 3ds max file, there are only 2D drawings, there is not 3D model so, I am not sure do you need both 2D drawings and 3D modeling or just 2D drawings.
