Checking of mechanical engineering text in English

We need to assign the revision of a website text belonging to an Italian research group of "Mechanical Engineering" area. The text is very technical and it is already written in British English (but by Italian people). So we are looking for someone able to correct the English text already written, so we do not need translation. It is important that this person has to have a strong demonstrable mechanical engineering expertise. Besides we need only native British English people (no exceptions). The amount of words is about 8000 words. Finally, the work should start immediately and is scheduled for delivery within 17-18 december 2011. Example: The main parameters affecting the blade root friction damping are: the contact geometry, the material and/or the surface coatings, the centrifugal force pressing the blade root lobes against the disk slots and the external excitation level. In order to characterize the friction damping at blade root joints and its effects on the dynamics of turbine blades, a test rig has been designed and is currently available at *****.
