a VR proyect in unity

I am looking to create a cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) game utilizing the latest technology and to be released on the Oculus Rift platform. I have little time and I have a low budget I have some ideas of what type of game I want to develop, but am open to suggestions in regards to features and mechanics. The project will start with an interface that will explain to the user how the game works; this interface will be entirely in the Spanish language. The room will have 6 positions, which can be tables where the user will find the riddle or where the user will move to a point to solve a riddle. When the user solves it, they will be given a "simple machine." The machines are: the lever, the lathe, the pulley, the inclined plane, the wedge, and the screw (the order does not matter). When the user obtains the simple machine, a brief description of the operation of the simple machine will be shown. Conclusion: I start with a greeting and an explanation of how the platform works, followed by entering a room with 6 riddles. When each riddle is correctly completed, it will show a simple machine mentioned earlier. I would appreciate it if, in the end, you could tell me how to change the text of the descriptions or the text of the buttons with a tutorial since due to translation issues from the translator, there may be incorrect concepts. This project is very basic, the games it will include are puzzles or mazes.
