Life Timeline

I am setting up an online business for customers to be able to create and print timelines of their life including all major events and time periods. The timeline here is an example of what will be created. I need UX design, and a technical person who can help to create the backend of the user interface to guide the user to enter the required dates and events and then generate the image. A variety of colour options need to be included. There will be two types of data entered 1) milestones with a specific date and description, or 2) events that span a time period that have a start and end date. For all dates month and year are required. Milestones include things such as births, deaths, marriages, holidays etc. Time periods such as house lived in, job, country of residence etc. It would be great if there was a visual output also so that users can see the timeline as it is built. I am in the UK not Tanzania.
