Responsibilities: Administrative and General Support: - Manage emails, calendar, and appointments for team members. - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. - Handle data entry and maintain organized digital files. - Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups. - Provide ad-hoc support to various teams as needed. - Conduct research and assist in special projects. Customer Support: - Respond to customer (technical and non-technical) inquiries via email or chat promptly and professionally. - Troubleshoot common customer issues and escalate when necessary. - Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions. - Nurture customer relationships to enhance their experience and loyalty. CRM Management: - Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems. - Segment and organize contacts for targeted marketing efforts. Marketing and Outreach: - Execute and manage email campaigns to reach and nurture potential clients. - Assist in cold calling prospects to introduce our SaaS product. - Create visually appealing graphics and designs using Canva for marketing materials. Content Creation: - Assist in creating blog posts, articles, or whitepapers related to our SaaS product or the travel industry. - Generate content ideas and conduct research for articles. Social Media Management: - Schedule and post content on social media platforms. - Monitor social media channels and engage with the community. User Onboarding and Training: - Help new customers navigate our SaaS platform. - Develop and maintain user guides or video tutorials. SEO and Online Presence: - Optimize website content for search engines (SEO). - Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback. Project Management: - Support project managers in tracking tasks, timelines, and milestones. - Help with project documentation and communication. Data Management: - Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Help maintain and update customer records and databases. Product Feedback and Improvement: - Collect user feedback and insights to contribute to product enhancement. - Collaborate with product teams to prioritize feature requests. Event Coordination: - Assist in organizing webinars, online events, or trade show participation. - Manage registrations, invitations, and follow-ups. Analytics and Reporting: - Monitor and report on website traffic, user engagement, and marketing campaign performance. - Generate regular reports for management. Market Research: - Gather information on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences. - Provide insights to support product development and marketing strategies. Localization and Internationalization: - Assist in adapting our SaaS product for international markets. - Coordinate translations and cultural adjustments. Partnership and Affiliate Management: - Identify potential partners or affiliates for collaboration. - Support partnership outreach and relationship management. Legal and Compliance: - Help ensure compliance with data protection and other relevant regulations. - Assist with contract management and legal document organization. Qualifications: - Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles is a plus. - Familiarity with SaaS products or the technology industry is advantageous. - Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools. - Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
