We are looking for a LONG TERM Full Time General Virtual Assistant that will handle a variety of task and be able to multitask. OPPORTUNITY FOR CAREER GROWTH WILL BE AVAILABLE. We are a kids training center . We are looking for someone to help with application processing, customer service and administrative tasks . Responsibilities *Become knowledgeable of our services. * Post contents in the Website *Advertise properties on social media (FB, Instagram, and Youtube) *Answers calls, text, and email prospects *Update reports *Process applications *Admin tasks *Data entry Requirements *MUST WORK 8 hours indian time starting from 8.30 AM or 9Am *Fluent in English with good communication skils *No MOONLIGHTING (must work with us 100% we need full concentration on job responsibilities) *MS office suite skills (Excel, Word, PPT) *FB advertising knowledge a PLUS *Customer service oriented *Good internet speeds (20 Mbps for both upload and download) *Have own computer equipment (i3+ w/ 8GB of ram), webcam, *Self started, and looking to improve career *Kids related services experience is a plus SALARY MENTIONED IS ON A MONTHLY BASIS

I am currently working for a software US company (based in Tx), from Merida Yucatán Mexico. I consider myself a trust worthy person since i'm currently in charge of all the team working in MX Office. I also ensure all payroll, transactions processing, banking reconciliations, chash flow statements, pay accounts on behalf of the organization. I also collect payment from customers (also process payment with their CC info which we keep on file). I also coordinate all new implementations and updates for current customers. I work to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our services. As a plus i do general administration duties and keep track of CEO's calendar.
