I need to add error checking into the form to make sure all fields are field in. Right now it is going to debugging screen. I also need a report menu with 7 seperate reports built. This will need to be able to enter in a location and date parameter for each report. 1. Report Total # of procedures reported # and (%) Table Procedures with Nursing Variance (variance is listed as "no") # and (%) Table Procedures with Physician Variance (variance is listed as "no") # and (%) Table Procedures with Adverse Outcome (variance is listed as "yes") 2. Report Nurse Table Procedure DPro_Name(count per month) Physician Table Procedure(count per month) 3. Report Percent of Nursing Variance by Area, Facility 4. Report Percent of Physician Variance by Area, Facility 5. Report Percent of Outcome Variances by Area, Facility 6. Physicians with variance by Physician number (count) 7. Report with all above combined to one report All reports need to have facilty and date parameters. My file is to big to upload
