We want a site where we easily can see the calls that come in and what happens to them. An example could be A customer calls 70209404 (NordicCall), the customer is in the queue for 2 minutes because every agent apart from two are on DND, one agent is busy an the other agent rejects the call. So we must continuously be able to see all of the information, and there is a site with further information/more details 08:12:05 the call comes into NordicCall (ID.nr. XX ) via the number 70209404, the caller is the number 80808080. 08:12:05 The call to NordicCall (ID.nr. XX ) gets the welcome speak played 08:12:35 The call to NordicCall (ID.nr. XX ) comes into the queue 500 08:13:05 Queue speak The call to NordicCall (ID.nr. XX ) is number 1 in a queue of 4 as 3 agents are on DND, 4 are busy with other calls and agent 200 has just rejected the call (click here to see all of the details) 08:13:35 Queue speak The call to NordicCall (ID.nr. XX ) is number 1 in a queue of 4 as 3 agents are on DND, 4 are busy with other calls and agent 200 is available, but has not answered the call (click here to see all of the details) 08:13:55 Agent 210 is now available 08:14:10 Agent 210 changes status from available to DND 08:14:30 The call comes into MailingList (ID.nr. XX) via number 88820630, the caller is number 80502030 08:14:45 The call for NordicCall (ID.nr. XX ) is answered after 2 minutes and 10 seconds in the queue, there are now 4 calls in the queue. It is very important that the system correctly sees if an agent is busy or on DND, I expect that it must be possible. Furthermore we use Bria for almost all of our agents, but a few uses snom table phones. It is important that we with this overview can follow the call 100%, which agents do not answer although they are available, who rejects the call or it just on DND. It must also be possible to search in the system

Hi, You have very unique requirements, But fortunately I already worked on a similar project as per the requirement of client running call center business. (please message me and I will send you screenshots) I can generate call logs as per requirements, with each and every detail mentioned. However currently I don't know any method to detect the exact time when queue play (say) a status message to client for example "08:13:35 Queue speak ...." However without any issue I can still produce a similar message as following "At 08:13:35 The call to NordicCall (ID.nr. XX ) is number 1 in a queue of 4 as 3 agents are on DND, 4 are busy with other calls and agent 200 is available, but has not answered the call (click here to see all of the details)" Please fee free to consult / ask about clarifications. and please also let me know if you have an urgent deadline. i´m able to develop a complet diagram or work flow first , for you request , cuz that you need is monitoring the status of everycall and queues , with repots in real time , before to plan , what kind of service and configuration agents with the dayli work want to do. i work since 10 years with asterisk on his versions 1.4 down 15 with agi ami socket webservice , sipml5 jssip and mysql postgres
